Daniel Craig’s Benoit Blanc: The Evolution of a Detective

Benoit Blanc has evolved, and the first teaser for Wake Up Dead Man: A Knives Out Mystery puts this evolution on full display. Daniel Craig returns to his iconic role, but with a new look and a new gravitas that suggests a more seasoned and perhaps more world-weary detective.
The catalyst for this change appears to be his latest case: the “impossible” murder of a priest (Josh Brolin) in a church.
